For safety reasons we do not accept returns on e-liquids ordered correctly.
If, however, one of the Smokin’ Vapes team get your order wrong then please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Please do not open the product or return with packaging missing else we cannot put your order right.
Not only will we pay your postage and send out your correct order as soon as we get your returned package but we will also ridicule the guilty party for days on end!
Mods, Starter Kits etc
Returns are accepted for Mods, Vaping Starter Kits etc. Should the order be correct as to what you ordered then we won’t refund the return postage if you’ve just changed your mind. All returned items must be unopened and in the original packing, including outer wrapping. A fee of £1.95 will be deducted from the refund to cover our initial postage fee.
Please email us on email@example.com giving your name, address and invoice number should you wish to return an unwanted item.
We advise you send the items via a traceable delivery source whereby you can see we’ve received your package and refund you promptly.
In the event we’ve got your order wrong then please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org giving your name, address and invoice number so we can check it out. Please return the item unopened and in original condition. We will refund your postage and get the right product out to you as soon as we get your return.
Please Note: Do not send any returns to our registered office in London. Contact us first, as stated above, for our returns address and Smokin’ Vapes accept no responsibility for returned packages lost in the post.
No refunds can be given to orders which have been opened, not in their original packaging or tampered with.
